The Welcome Desk opens September 06, 13:30 in building 30.95 Audimax. It closes there at 16:00 and opens again on the same day at 18:00 in building 20.30 for the Get-Together (until 21:00).

On September 07 and 08, the Welcome Desk will be open continuously from 8:00 to 17:00 and on September 09 from 8:00 to 12:00 in building 30.95 Audimax.

There you will receive your confirmation of participation, your name badge, your conference dinner ticket if applicable, and other small welcome gifts.

Our helpers at the Welcome Desk will be available at any time during the opening hours for questions and help, especially for registration.

There is a KVV ticket on your name badge. This entitles you to free use of public transport in the Karlsruhe city area (2 zones) in the period from September 6 to September 9. Please have your name badge ready when you are checked.

Access to the eduroam network is guaranteed at all locations on the Campus Süd. Guests please inform themselves at their home institution or via https://eduroam.org/.
